I had an on-site interview with the management. It was basic interview questions you would expect, largely making sure I had customer service experience and was okay with multiple job roles. The floor staff at this facility rotate to several stations including the store, theatre, snack counter, and front desk. Hires are trained in each, and will usually be at each station once a week.
