I arrived 15 minutes early and let the receptionist know who I was, what I was there for, and who I believed would be interviewing me. She called down and let the interviewer know. It took the interviewer 25 minutes to come and greet me. Once I was in her office I realized it was incredibly messy and unorganized. She then proceeded to tell me how stressed she was. She was in gym clothes and clearly unwashed hair. The second interviewer, who was supposed to be interviewing me as well arrived a half an hour late from his lunch break and had no clue how to conduct an interview. I gathered this from the one interview question he asked me, "Damn, I don't know. What are good interview questions?" Needless to say, it was a lengthy, unorganized, poorly conducted interview.
