Clays interview questions

Hiring process was slow. First interview was a brief one with the manager, a very reasonable man who explained a little about the job and asked a few basic questions. The second interview was at their factory, it involved sitting in with the team and getting an idea of what they were did throughout the day. Followed by another short, quick interview to clarify any points and move on. After each, you get told HR will contact you within a few days but it'll likely take over a week. Any confirmation request or emailed question with them will take about a week to get a reply. You won't be able to deal with the manager directly.
