Interview
Overall, the interview process was good. The interview was conducted online, with two pannelists coming from direct user and another representative from global. Prior to the interview, you will be asked to conduct an online written test that lasts for 30-minutes.

The questions are based competency-based interview (CBI), where the pannelists will ask you a few questions to assess your quality based on your ability to connect past assignments and problem solving following the structure of STAR method.
