First was a phone call with the HR rep - general questions; then one with the hiring manager asking about my management experience; then one with an engineer to ask a coding question. I have to echo what other reviewers have said: the coding interviewer was not very well prepared at all. I did not get an offer - which makes me wonder how much his confusion counted against me.
