Interview
Online Application -> Resume Screening -> Behavioral -> Technical Round. The whole process took less than 3 weeks for me. This was my 2nd time applying, so they wanted to know what changed from my 1st application.
Overall, the interview process with Clearbanc was a great experience! I initially heard about them through my university's co-op portal and did further research from there to learn more. During my interviews with the team, they provided a lot of valuable feedback to my responses. I'm looking forward to starting my co-op with Clearbanc in the Spring!
