Phone interview, then a half-day AC (case-study & individual interview). You have to prompt them to update you on your application status. Sometimes, they might disregard your email until you tell them it is urgent. The job description for the graduate program on their website is outdated (it is already March 2019, but the website shows recruitment for 2017). The AC process was messy and the candidates had to move from locations to locations. The 1:1 interview was done in a rush where the interviewer just introduced about their graduate program and asked very little about the candidate. In fact, when asked about the structure/rotation of the graduate program, the interviewer seemed unclear about it. If you claimed it is a graduate program with rotations, please at least list out what kind of rotation it is. There does not seem to have enough space for the interviews as well. All candidates have to crowd in a small pantry while waiting to be called for the interview. The whole process shows the lack of professionalism in the recruitment team and it did not give a very good impression.
