Interview
It was behavioral/case fit interview. Applied through campus interview program. Notified that i got the interview. Was asked to review resume and solve a case problem. They were really nice but was not used to the consulting case interviwe.
Heard from the team only two days after submitting my application. First interview was only behavioral. Second interview was a case. Very friendly and encouraging staff. I am excited to hear back from the firm.

1st round: 45min behavior+case (life science, estimate peak sales of a drug)
2nd round: 4 back-to-back, 45min interview, behavior+case (covering cutting edge life sciences area including CART, cancer immunology, in vivo anti-virus....)
