Unprofessional management of interview process
- They reach interviwee and take multiple rounds (2 coding, 1 technical) 3-days process
- Then they align US panel for final interview, Even the pannel was very happy with the interview (except a senior guy that I came to know later)
- 1st they try negotiating salary
- they say they will release offer on Monday
- Then they say that Senior guy from US pannel don't need person from xyz domain experience
My question : Why don't you guys sync with your management and why do you waste others time ??
