Interview
Just pathetic, this company things it’s some achievement to work here. Not at all the case.
Job description was vague, experience required was unrealistic, shocked I even got a chance. Seems like they just want to hire the brightest on paper and pump aura and prestige, the company itself seems a below average sweat shop
I applied online. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (New York, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
First round HR Call (about 20minutes), mostly for details about the role, team and number of rounds of interview.
Second round panel interview with 3 people from the team you would be joining.
Third round written assessment on problem solving as it is a client facing role. It will mainly test how you approach problems
Fourth round with VP of the team
Fifth round with SVP of the team who was supposed to be my hiring manager.
Unfortunately, even though they selected me to hire for the position, they could not offer a position due to budget cuts in the firm.
