Interview
A little scattered with the initial communication, but I guess this is to be expected with a small business. Had a very long hiring cycle. Several phone convo's, then was brought in for an in-person interview. Met with partners, then had a case study to tackle. Great folks to speak with about their experiences and past clients.

Interview
I was first screened over the phone through a 45-minute phone interview. There were quite a few behavioral questions asked over the phone. Then I had a 1.5-hour on-site interview with one of the partners. Then you're invited to another on-site interview that lasts roughly 5 hours and ends with having lunch with the team.
