First interview was a phone interview. I answered question like “What are you currently studying, what are career goals, what type of work do you do currently. Next proceeded a more formal interview in which I was asked to the facility to meet with management. We mostly talked about the position I was applying for and what would be asked of me if I was selected for the position.
