Had a 30-minute screening call covering my background, motivation, and a deep dive into a recent project. The interviewer was friendly and the conversation felt collaborative. Was rejected after the first round with a generic email - no specific feedback on areas to improve, despite asking for it. Overall the interviewer was professional, but the lack of feedback was disappointing.
