There was a 2/3 stage interview process with a task to complete. I was given a brand and I had to create a paid social strategy for this brand. I then had to present this to the paid social team over Teams.

2 Stage Interview. Stage 1: Simple chat and get to know each other and the senior people in your team. Stage 2: Presentation Task + lots more grilling questions + an opportunity for you to ask questions. Sometimes, they do a stage 3 depending on the candidate.
