      Sales Interview

      Nov 6, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Orem, UT
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ClientRunner (Orem, UT) in Jul 2016

      Interview

The first gentleman I interviewed with seemed to really like me and he set up second interview with the big boss. In my second interview, the big boss was rude and he treated me like I was some sort of sub-human that didn't deserve to be in his holy presence. The boss was very curt and brash and rude, and after a few more questions he muttered that his product was a big ticket item and that he was wasting his time, and he just got up and left the room very abruptly, muttering something like he didn't have time to waste on me.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Mr. Big Boss asked me about consultative sales, to which I gave him the correct definition. Then he asked about some of my sales experience, of which I have a great deal - especially using the consultative sales approach). The boss was very curt and brash and rude and after a few more questions he muttered that his product was a big ticket item and that he was wasting his time, and he just got up and left.
