then code challenge.
The feedback from dev lead was strange. seems he didn't spend much time reviewing but just found some points and said that it's not correct (don't agree with him as I can explain why I did that)

Interview
Easy interview, was more focused on personality and general tech knowledge than technical ability interview wise, though there were the obvious discussions about my development experience and aptitudes, I had a phone interview with the director of operations first then was asked to come in for a panel interview with several managers, and the Lead Developer
