I went through the typical interview process - phone screen followed by two rounds of interviews. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and Clinical Ink seemed like a great place to work. I ended up rejecting the offer for this job only because the recruiter was non-responsive for most of my interview process. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks and throughout that time the recruiter never proactively provided feedback or next steps to me. I had to follow-up numerous times to get updates and even then the recruiter did not respond to me promptly. My last interview was on a Monday and I was told I would hear back that Friday. I didn't hear anything back so I sent a follow-up. I received an official offer the following Wednesday but by then I had already accepted an offer at a different company.
