It was a Zoom meeting. Casual conversation to test if I would be a “cultural fit”. The interview wasn’t based on one’s industry knowledge. I was also surprised to hear that no previous experience was necessary. Even though I had relative experience, I could tell it was a call to see if I was cool enough to fit in.
