I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CloudCover (Singapore River) in Apr 2021
Interview
1 Round with HR, 2 rounds technical with Terraform & Ansible scripting round + technical discussion. Ended with 1 round of culture check with the Co founder/CEO. Overall, a rather quick & smooth interview process!

Interview
I held good offer and this was informed to HR earlier They took 5 rounds of interviews the technical people were good and said you are selected. But later HR said we won’t be able to offer you that much. It’s the worst experience I ever had. After doing such long process of 5 rounds for nothing. Guys be clear about your expectations early with HR before proceeding further for 5 rounds of discussion. Total disappointment
okayish, not great. More towards scripting and linux and not on real experience and domain knowledge.
The interview process is awfully long and the feedbacks aren't shared on time.
The process goes as follows: scripting exercise, Tcon, Handson Ansible round and culture check.

Interview
***one of the worst interview in my entire career***
- Interviewer has no professionalism at all.
- It was pretty evident that interviewer was lacking knowledge.
- Arrogant interviewer with such an informal attitude.
- Questions asked based out my introduction, looking for definitions most of the time.
- Twisting my own answers and asking “can you do this in any other way??”
- If questioned the interviewer, I literally got the response, “Don’t ask me questions!”. Really? If you don’t know the answer then don’t ask questions about it.
- Let me quote an example,
Interviewer : How will you automate the Jenkins setup without using any configuration management tool?
My Answer: May be define the installation step/script in user data. (Fair enough)
Interviewer : Can you think of any other way?
My Answer: I’m sorry, I can’t think of any. Can you suggest anything?
Interviewer: Create an AMI and launch instance out of it. (Fair answer). Or Install it manually. (I was like really? This is your answer after asking me about an automated setup? LOL)
- Didn’t get any response/feedback post interview after questioning the interviewer. May be I touched interviewers ego.
- I could literally match the feedback of others after my experience.
- Remember, if you ask questions to interviewer, you won’t be called out to further rounds.
