Interview
Took place online up to the last detail to adhere with the new Covid regulations . It was relatively fair and the whole process took 3hrs and 15 minutes and a 3 week period to complete.

If I have stable internet connection and electricity
Got in through a 10-day training academy. Had to pass the final exam to get high priority for project placement. Regularly received invites to different projects until I got placed.

Once shortlisted, I did an assessment which was rather fair. I passed assessments and accepted the job. This was long ago. I don't know their current recruitment process. It might have changed.
