Three rounds of interviews with a project that took about 2 hours to complete. Standard interview questions and the project required some basic excel knowledge. You then had present your project to a panel.

Interview
The interview process is very straightforward. You would start with an interview with the recruiter. Very minimal questions and just making sure you are qualified on the role. Once passed, you will be talking to the hiring manager. You will talk about your past experiences and they will assess if you are a match. There is no case study or panel interview but they will provide specific scenarios and your task is to answer how you will manage it. Offer will come after however, salary is non-negotiable.

Entrevista corta y facil. Un caso y un panel tecnico compuesto por grupo de trabajo. No mas de 1 mes de duracion de principio a fin. El caso es sencillo y la presentacion dinamica, no te acorralan

I had 2 interviews followed by a business case. The business case was really long compared to similar companies in the industry. Poor feedback from the recruiter. It felt like a waste of time.
