Interview
There are too many stages. I was informed I was going to be expected to attend 5/6 interviews. The first interview nobody showed up. I emailed HR no reply. I had to email general cloudflare for a response. I had no apology and was just expect to attend another interview. You are passed from interviewer to interviewer it is not personal. I declined offer for third interview after I could see the process was going no where.

Interview
Interview offered quite promptly, and the interviewer seemed a nice person, had very basic gloss-over chats about my passions and some technical projects I'm running in the field. Agreed about and had productive discussions around a lot of pertinent topics, even shared a few laughs. Seemed to go very well, but never heard back, which was very strange given how it went.
