Interview was casual, nice and friendly. Consisted of two interviews and a practical assessment. Nothing to prepare before hand. Interviews were base level asking about resume, cover letter, degree, experience, etc.

It was straightforward, they asked about my past experience, D&I initiatives, leadership and team work experience, and how I handled difficult situations. They also sent me a technical exercise at the end of the interview.

Straightforward! Very nice people with a helpful mentality. Felt mostly conversational but do your research on the company. Don't overthink the case study and make sure your present yourself as professional/client-facing!
