The initial interview was scheduled for a 20 minute screening call that ended up going a little over. Very pleasant conversation with the Recruiter. The actual interview was via Microsoft Teams and was hosted by a 3 person panel, scheduled for 30 minutes, but again, the conversation was going well so we ran over on time. The interview really was very conversational, at no point did I feel like I was being grilled.
