Hiring process was straightforward. I was contacted by office manager through my Indeed resume, and was asked to come in for an interview. I talked directly to the Director of Operations, who described the position, what career path I was looking into, etc. - he kept it casual and a little personal to get a feel of who you are. It wasn't intimidating. He makes you feel very comfortable and tries to gauge your personal goals to see if you're both on the same page. A few days later, I got an e-mail saying I got the job. The next two weeks consisted of training, meeting with HR folks to get me into the system, pre-employment drug screening, etc.
