Was contacted by manager for interview and had it scheduled pretty quickly. The interview questions were pretty normal and related to design. They looked at my portfolio. There was a project where they test your design skills.

Initial phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. Met with two of managers and HR lady. A lot of basic questions asked and a project to turn in to test your graphic design skills.
