      Python Developer Interview

      Apr 29, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Louvain-la-Neuve
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CluePoints (Louvain-la-Neuve)

      Interview

The job interview was very slow and unprofessional. Several times the HR manager failed to show up for a scheduled interview. The whole procedure also took far too long (more than 45d).

      Python Developer Interview

      Dec 20, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CluePoints in Dec 2022

      Interview

The first interview was held with the company recruiter manager. He was very kind and warm. We talked about myself, the company, and some basic technical issues. I think the recruiter manages the meeting in a way that you will not feel any kind of nervous.

      Python Developer Interview

      Feb 5, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Liège, Liege
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at CluePoints (Liège, Liege) in Nov 2022

      Interview

Multiple steps in interview but no one knew exactly what to expect from the candidate that I would definitely think again who would work for. For one of the other positions I had talk with HR of this company and the agent knew nothing what to expect and she could not evaluate the candidate as she could not ask any valuable question For the second position, the male agent asked general questions. 1st round with the Team lead was good and they gave a PoC to be completed. This PoC tooks a lot of time because if it was just simple than you will not be considered anyway. 2nd round with some team members for a chitchat. 3rd round with senior devs. But at the end of 3rd round, I have only one negative feedback that I did not know about the framework. Well, I clearly indicated in the 1st round that I have no experience with the framework and eager to learn more on the way and the leader agreed to give me throuh other rounds but the senior devs decided that I am not qualify. The senior devs behaved like they are so experience and one of the senior devs showed no respect to my PoC work and gave a feeling that he was better than me a lot. That was such a bad unfriendly behavior. Conclusion: company has no clue on who to hire, what to expect and they just let you through their endless interview round with just so much time consuming… Employees works all from home and I clearly see no good connections neither. Tip: if they give you the PoC, think again if it really worth your time to do it as if you will get the job or better find other positions just asking for technical questions…
