      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CluePoints

      Interview

I thought this experience was positive, but it went downhill fast. I feel like it adds to the mental stress of job applications and feeling unheard and unseen. When I first applied, things were great. I met with a recruiter and did an assessment. Then silence. I had to reach out multiple times to get an answer on where I stand. I was not selected which sucked but it was whatever. I still wish I knew why I was rejected. What made me raise an eyebrow was seeing the position still posted on LinkedIn, when part of the reason I was rejected was the generic "more qualified candidates were identified". Then the position was open again, not sure if the whole first half was a lie, or if they needed a second analyst. I applied, and less than TEN MINUTES later, I got a rejection email because they identified candidates who were a closer fit. To me, that tells me you didn't even look at the application, and I wonder if AI rejected it, and they just accepted that. I was originally very excited to potentially work for this company. However, seeing how they treat applicants makes me rethink things. I know it's very hard for recruiters at this moment, but it is also hard for applicants, and it can be a confidence-crushing and mentally draining process. This company does not seem to consider that.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CluePoints in Aug 2025

      Interview

First was an HR interview, second was a SAS skills assessment, and third was an interview with the manager, the last was an interview with the team members. The interview process was organized and professional. They asked both technical and behavioral questions, including questions about problem-solving and internship experience. However, I did not pass the final interview stage.
