Sat with the lifeguard instructor and was asked basic question ranging from the ability to swim to be willing to have to deal with bodily fluids. Then sat through a powerpoint presentation and got signed up for the lifeguard class

Very brief interview. Basic behavior questions. Drug test and background check conducted. Interviewed with 2 people on the panel. No experience required. Great starter job for people with no prior job experience and looking for a summer job.

Interview
One on one asked about why I wanted job and qualifications to get it. It was with the head guard and manager at the time showed me a tour of the facility and the day to day process. The helped set up certifying me and getting all the required things to be a lifeguard. Was a awesome interview.
