It was a very lengthy interview process but I appreciated the time they took to meet with me, discuss the company, and make sure I was a qualified candidate. It involved a HR phone screening, virtual interview, and personality assessment.

Interview
Quick 3 interviews however they leave out that nobody is going to meet otw and rly yall be getting paid half of the salary they promise in each interview. Also you will be cold calling like frozen calling almost just to fill the time

Interview
The interview was very thorough and required a mix of phone calls, virtual meetings, and a personality assessment. While it was more intensive than other interview processes, it did not feel overwhelming and I actually appreciated how much effort they put into hiring qualified candidates.
