Step 1 : Call from HR Team and asked my professional experience. Why looking for change and why coachhub.
Step 2 : Had call my Engineering Lead. Those guys were really cool and friendly.

Asked about my Job responsibilities and how we react in situations in Incidents/Team. No technical questions.
Got feedback that I am not eligible for Senior position and guess they are expecting more kind of Infrastructure specialist kind of role.
