I interviewed with two people from Coast. One was a Manager and another a Director. When I got there I signed a document for a background check and had a job description to review while I waited. After the interview I was offered the job. I had to come in for a few hours to for a prescreen - filled out information. They were super helpful. Then I started a few later.
