st interview: Its completely meaningless and there is no real description of the job or what you will really be doing. No use of the word "door to door". Their objective is to get you out of there ASAP, while only showing you how good the company is. 2nd interview: Of course you got a call congratulating you and asking for a 2nd interview. This is when they will explain in details about "how much money you can make" with 200-300-400 presentations a week. Also, how great the management is once you get promoted, which really is just a pyramid scheme. You hire people and you manage them (5 people is what i was told). I am assuming you make money from their cuts. It is all scripted, from the email to scheduling an interview, what the hiring person would say in both interviews and what you would say when you knock on door to door. My opinion: There is no real job opportunity here and I did not waste any time. In fact, I regret showing up for a 2nd interview.
