Applied for position, was called for interview the next day. I am a degreed medical professional with over 15 years experience. Interview was scheduled for 10am. I checked in at the front desk at 9:50. Manager was in a “meeting” and should only be a few more minutes. 10:30 rolls around, still has not come out. At 10:40 Manager walks another applicant out and apologizes for being late. We go to her office, talk for a few minutes and she proceeds to ask me about a company in which I did not work for. I told her I didnt work for that company. She proceeded to turn her computer around to show me the resume- OF SOMEONE ELSE!
Late, wrong resume, and very unprofessional in my opinion, which sets the tone for the kind of business they manage. I followed up with an email a few days later to inquire about the position. I received NO response. Most companies would thank you for your time, and at this point you are not a viable candidate or yes you will be going to the next stage. Obviously has no management skills. Not a way to have a positive reputation in the medical community.
