Stay away. This is a scam company. I had a sketchy phone interview for a marketing role. Had second thoughts but decided to do a phone interview anyway. Hiring manager said that the position involved visiting retail locations and selling by partnering with those retail stores (huh?). No benefits or compensation discussed. Also HM said "We need to fill this position in the next 2 days. We have hundreds of applicants so your next interview will be a group interview at 10 am tomorrow." That's how I knew this was a scam.

The interview process was very comfortable! There was a point during the interview I forgot I was being interviewed. They make sure it does not feel like an integration room and more of a homie feeling.
