3 rounds and lots of run around. There was a lot of trick questions and Ken seemed like he thought I was an idiot. I had a panel interview, two one on ones, and eventually a voicemail saying they went with someone with more experience ( I am a CMS-2 Certified Sommelier with 20 years in the hospitality industry and 4 years of restaurant management experience) surprise- they hired a man and it didn't work out....
