Cobblestone 13 interview questions

People were very nice but a little disorganized. Had trouble actually connecting the zoom for the interview. Both people who interviewed me for 2 seperate interviews were very friendly and easy to talk to but both did show up late.

I had to participate in 3 separate interviews, the first one was a quick call that summarized basic information on the job application and asking about my work experience. The second round was in person; this interview was a longer process that provided more information on the business, asking challenging questions that had me self-reflecting as well as answering my questions about the business. After the in-person, I was pushed to the third round, where I was asked more day-to-day applications within the business to challenge how I would fit into the company then I was offered the job.
