I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cobwebs Technologies (Herzliya) in Dec 2020
Interview
The process started with a phone interview by the recruiter, followed by a test in codility.
After passing the test I was interviewed by the VP R&D, and a week after by the CTO and then HR.
The whole process was very smooth and transparent, and the recruiter was responsible and available throughout it.
Both VP R&D and CTO tried to ease up the tension before and during the interview, and were generous with hints, when it was possible.

Question 1
Implement a queue using two stacks, with a follow-up.
Given a game board with obstacles, implement an algorithm to find shortest path between source and destination which respects the obstacles, with a follow up that introduced scores (weights) to the connections.
