multiple rounds- psychometric tests, video interviews, and then online assessment centre. This last part involved lots of group work and doing a pre-prepared presentation. All very time consuming stuff but not too hard

Their process was well-structured, fast, and very friendly. It began with a phone call with the recruiter, followed by a 45-minute Teams meeting. The final step was an assessment day where I had the opportunity to meet several managers and future colleagues.
