1st interview call with HR: the person was almost 10 minutes late, the chat lasted ~20 minutes and it went well. Surprise surprise, an automated email saying I was not moving forward in the process. I even tried to email asking for feedback because the call went well. I didn't expect to be excluded right way without a valid reason. I never got a reply so I have no idea what might have happened - but I highly suspect that they cancel the hiring process at the time because I never saw anyone new joining the company during the next 2 months.
