      Customer Success Manager (Remote) Interview

      Mar 10, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Codacy in Nov 2024

      Interview

The process was straightforward. There are three steps. First is the HR call. Right after that is a mock call with the hiring managers + experience overview. The last one is with the CEO. The mock call is a business case, actually, instead of repeating the words from an already existing scenario. The part that is upsetting is that there was no feedback given after the. mock call. The rejection email is very generic, and there is no feedback in it. It's important to provide proper feedback to your candidates, especially if they have put an effort for the process. What's also more upsetting is that they rejected me again for another role in which I am a better fit. They need to update their recruiting strategies.
