I sent them over within a day, and no response. Then a month later after no response, he sent a rejection email template which he had not even bothered to customize. Here are the first few lines: “ Hello [ name ], Thank you for spending some time with me [ on the phone ... in person ... where / when ].” Do better. Treat your candidates with more respect.
