The interview process began with a recruiter screening, followed by a technical stage and a behavioral interview. During the behavioral round, I was asked to reflect on past experiences using the STAR method, specifically addressing challenges I faced, actions I took, and results I achieved. This step tested my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills as much as my technical knowledge. It felt structured, professional, and designed to evaluate both my competencies and cultural fit.

A 15-20 informal phone interview that is mainly just to gauge interest and act as a screener. It did not feel stressful and was used to help decide which tasks volunteers would be doing.
