I had a 30 minute phone call with the CFA recruiter, she asked about a time when I had to pivot, went over the hiring process, and gave me the exact pay amount based on my location. She was very formal and focused on equity around DEIB-which I appreciated. A week later I received an invitation to complete an assignment and was able to pick the 72 hour window to complete it and clear instructions on not exceeding one hour on it. Then a week later I received an email to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. That was a 45 minute Zoom interview and she explained the questions were very "canned" as all candidate get the same exact questions. I did not hear anything for two weeks after then I got a rejection email. However, the email was pleasant and actually had some great resources for job boards. While I was disappointed to not get the position, the process was very transparent and respectful.
