I received an email from Codeleap Vietnam about setting up an initial interview. The HR representative scheduled the meeting for 30 minutes but ended up asking numerous personal questions, extending the meeting to almost an hour. I indicated that we were going over time, but she continued to ask redundant questions. At the end of the interview, I decided not to proceed further with the next round. I sent an email to withdraw from the interview process and thanked them for their time. Unfortunately, I received no response from HR, which I find unprofessional of company.
