not organized and too long process, they expect you to have deep understanding in DevOps fields as a backend engineer. Recieved a feedback where it was mentioned I am not familiar with X, while I wasn't asked about X during the whole interview.

An initial phone screen with several trivial OOP questions. Then, a 2 hour long home assignment that included a code review and a codding question. I have not made it pass this stage.
