The process was consisted of one get-to-know-eachother interview, where they introduced me the company and informed me that I will get one task and I have couple of days to solve it. As soon as I complete the task I was supposed to be informed if I continue with the further process. I finished and sent the task in the provided deadline, but I didn't have any answer for maybe a month. In my opinion, it is disrespect of the effort and time I put in. After that I was emailed that I provided good solution for the task, but I won't be considered for the further process. There was not any other explanation why they didn't choose me to continue with the further steps.
