It was fairly quick, had an interview in less than 2 weeks and didn't get an offer after completing the assignment which was very easy and aligned with the work I was doing at that time. I have seen the same job ad and more but the company seems to have the exact same number of people. I am inclined to think they use these "interviews" as free labour for most of their tasks.
