4 rounds of interviews - HR, PM lead, product task, group interview.
HR: general questions like what do you know about this company, why this company, previous experience, etc.
PM lead: product sense questions, e.g., share a product you like and why, and how will you improve it.
Product task: two kinds of questions: SQL & design a brand-new product. For SQL, candidates need to write and run SQLs on a mock environment. For designing product, candidates will draw wireframes and answer some questions accordingly.
Group interview: consist of PMs, designers, developers, and cofounders. Mainly focus on previous experience and the task.
