Interview
The JD stated the role of Full Stack Developer which ideally means frontend and backend experience both. Two rounds of tech interview followed by the Managerial round was conducted. Question of only backend, related to .NET were asked so a misleading full stack role was specified. The quality of question was very good. Problem solving skills, optimization techniques were tested. After the managerial round the HR simply did not care to respond to any of my message. Rather the HR sent another interview invite for round 1 tech interview as if I was a new candidate. Worst HR experience I ever had. Total lack of communication and ignorance. Try to be more professional next time HRs.

Interview
I got call from Hr as i was serving my notice period..she discussed about my technology stack and then L1 round was scheduled in that my coding skills were tested and how clean my code is and after clearing that round ,2 days later I had by L2 round, which was to test my problem solving skills along with technology related questions. In Final round there was normal discussion about organization and it's culture
Overall it was the nice experience and process is also good.
